Refund Policy for Chaplaincy Training:
Our Chaplaincy Training program aims to provide high-quality education and training to individuals seeking to become chaplains. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a refund of the course fees.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administration office within 3 days of the course start date. Refunds will be processed as follows:
- 100% refund if the request is made before the course start date.
- 50% refund if the request is made within the first 3 days of the course.
- No refund will be issued after the first week of the course.
Please note that all refunds are subject to a processing fee. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment within 30 days of the refund request. A 20% processing fee be applicable in some cases.
