Terms and Conditions: Chaplaincy Training
1. Enrollment and Course Fees:
- By enrolling in our chaplaincy training program, you agree to pay the designated course fees as outlined at the time of registration.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge that this is a Christian-based educational program with strong, uncompromising Christian teachings, values, and expectations. Anyone, irrespective of religious affiliation may however enroll and complete this Course.
- No arguments, debates, or discussions regarding disagreements will be entered into concerning our truths and beliefs as a Christian Organization. You will be granted access to our truth and beliefs by visiting the Blog entitled "Truths & Beliefs of the Chaplain on Board Initiative."
- Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Attendance and Participation:
- Classes are presented in the form of online pre-recorded video sessions, online text lessons, and downloadable training manuals and sessions. All sessions must be completed and tests passed.
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in course activities if enrolled in a 4-day onsite seminar.
- Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in termination from the program.
3. Code of Conduct:
- Students are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct at all times.
- Disrespectful behavior, discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
4. Confidentiality:
- Students are expected to maintain confidentiality in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and course materials.
- Violation of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action.
5. Certification:
- Upon successful completion of the chaplaincy training program, students will receive a certificate of completion, issued electronically by this platform.
- Certification does not guarantee employment or licensure as a chaplain.
- Students who meet the accreditation requirements will be granted the opportunity to apply for official accreditation and ordination as volunteer chaplains with the Chaplain on Board Initiative. Only born-again, Spirit-filled Candidates living an active Christ-like life, will be considered. The Accreditation Board has the sole right to determine the criteria for such accreditation and ordination.
